【摘要】 目的 了解济南市初一学生自杀意念现状。 方法 通过多级随机抽样抽取济南市4所初中550名初一学生，采用问卷调查。 结果 济南市初一学生自杀意念检出率为13.27%。2%曾自杀未遂，6.55%曾故意弄伤自己但不是为了自杀。多数学生对自杀行为持否定态度。自我评价过低、噩梦影响到了日常生活、不宁腿综合征、家人/亲属/朋友/熟人中有自杀未遂者、患有抑郁症是自杀意念的负性影响因素。 结论 济南市初一学生自杀意念状况不容忽视，应根据其影响因素予以积极干预。
