    摘 要: 目的 优化注射用参芪扶正的提取工艺, 增加药液稳定性。方法 运用L9 (33)正交设计,确定了最佳提取工艺,并对提取液进行精制。采用比色法对总皂苷和总多糖成分进行含量测定。结果 精制后的提取液每10 mL含总皂苷不少于30 mg,多糖不少于0.875 g。结论 本实验提取和含量测定方法简便易行,结果可靠。

    Study on extraction technology and determination of Shenqi Fuzheng for injection

    Abstract: Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Shenqi Fuzheng for injection.Methods The extraction methods were optimized by L9 (33) orthogonal experiment.The total saponin and polysaccharide were assayed by colorimetry.Result The total saponin of the final refined extract was no less than 30 mg, total polysaccharide was no less than 0.875 g per 10 mL.Conclusion The extraction methods and assay methods are feasible and reliable.
