【摘要】 目的 探讨妇科腹腔镜手术的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析170例妇科腹腔镜手术病例，其中异位妊娠组53例，行输卵管切开取胚49例，输卵管切除术4例；卵巢疾患组48例，囊肿剥除术及卵巢成形术35例，卵巢缝合修补8例，患侧附件切除3例，多囊卵巢多点打孔2例；子宫疾病组52例，行肌瘤剥除10例，改良CISH术5例，子宫次全切除术11例，子宫全切术14例，腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除12例；不孕症组17例，行盆腔粘连分解输卵管伞造口术。结果 腹腔镜手术占同期妇科手术的45.09%，手术成功率98.8%,并发症5例，发生率2.9%,包括皮下气肿2例,皮下血肿1例,脐部切口裂开1例,盆腔血肿1例，经对症治疗均痊愈；手术时间平均(78.36±47.28)min；术中平均出血量(80.47±73.62)ml；术后平均住院时间(4.3±1.2)天，无一例使用止痛药物。结论 妇科腹腔镜手术具有恢复快、住院时间短、创伤小等优点，掌握好适应证,腹腔镜手术能安全有效地应用于大部分妇科疾病。

    Clinical analysis of laparoscopic surgery in gynecologic diseases

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of gynecologic diseases.Methods Retrospective analysis of 170 cases of laparoscopic surgery in ynecology.53 cases in the salpingocyesis group,49 cases salpingotomy,4 cases salpingectomy；48 cases in the ovarian cyst group,35 cases enucleation and repair of ovary,8 cases ovary sutures atches,3 adnexnectomy and 2 perforation of ovary；52 cases in the uterine problems group,10 cases LM(laparoscopic myomectomy)5 cases CISH,11 cases LSH(laparoscopic supracervical ysterectomy),14 cases LTH(laparoscopic total hysterecotomy),12 cases LAVH laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy)；17 cases in the infertility group were studied in terms of lysis of pelvic adhesions and salpingostomy.Results 45.09% of the gynecologic operations in our hospital were performed laparoscopically,with the successrate of 98.8%.Five showed complications,the rate being 2.9%,2 subcutaneous emphysema ......
