刺激量对正常人嗅觉相关电位的影响

     【摘要】 目的 探讨刺激量对正常人嗅觉相关电位的影响。方法 选取32例18~46岁嗅觉正常的健康青年人,将0.3ml醋酸异戊酯饱和气在吸气早期释放入右侧鼻腔,反复刺激16次,刺激间隔约60s。休息1h后,将刺激量调至0.5ml,再刺激16次。分别在头皮中央点(Cz)处记录嗅觉相关电位。结果 随着刺激量增大,N1、P2、N2波的潜伏期明显减小,差异均呈显著性(P<0.05),N1、N2波的振幅明显增大,差异呈显著性(P<0.05),而P2波的振幅无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 刺激量可能是影响嗅觉相关电位各波潜伏期和振幅的重要因素。

    Effect of odorant volume on the olfactory event-related potentials

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of odorant volume on the olfactory event-related potentials(OERP).Methods Thirty-two young subjects reported a normal sense of smell.A volume of 0.3 ml saturated isoamyl acetate were presented to the right nostril synchronously with the early phase of inspiration.Stimuli were delivered 16 times at an inter-stimulus interval of 60s.Then the subjects were allowed to have a onehourlong rest,and a higher volume of 0.5 ml saturated isoamyl acetate was used to evoke olfactory event-related potentials again.Reproduceible event-related potentials to amyl acetate were recorded at Cz.Results All OERP latencies decreased with increasing odorant volume (P<0.05).N1 and N2 peak amplitudes increased with increasing odorant volume (P<0.05),but P2 peak amplitude had no obvious change (P>0.05).Conclusion The results demonstrate that odorant volume may have important effect on OERP latencies and amplitudes. ......
