【摘要】 左侧门静脉高压症是一种成人少见的肝外型门静脉高压症，可并发致命的静脉曲张出血，临床工作者应予重视。胃静脉曲张难以发现，血管造影可提示诊断，脾切除能治愈本症。

    【Abstract】 Left-sided portal hypertension is a rare extrahepatic portal hypertension in adult patients.These patients may associated fatal variceal bleeding.Clinical workers should attach great importance to it.Gastric varices are often difficult to visualize.Angiographic can suggest the diagnosis.Splenectomy is curative.
