【摘要】 目的 评估射频消融治疗不能切除的胰体尾癌的临床价值。 方法 对手术不能切除的 10例胰体尾癌行术中射频热疗，观察并发症、近期疗效及生存情况。 结果 部分病例活检病理学报告 为凝固坏死改变，术后CT为高密度改变，B超为高回声改变。所有病例均未并发胰瘘，术后腹痛明显缓 解，术前8例CA19-9增高的患者术后明显下降。平均随访15个月，2例死亡，8例带瘤健康存活，生存 质量尚可。 结论 RFA治疗不能切除的胰体尾肿瘤是安全的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in treating unresectable carcinoma of the body and tail of the pancreas.
