第卵巢切除大鼠脑内雌激素受体α表达的变化

     [摘要] 目的 观察卵巢切除大鼠脑内不同部位雌激素受体α(ERα)表达变化。方法 根用Singh等方法制作大鼠卵巢切除模型(模型组),免疫组织化学染色观察海马CA1区、皮质区、杏仁复合体区、基底前脑Meynert核区等部位ERα阳性细胞表达变化,并与手术对照组(对照组,不切除卵巢)比较。结果 对照组大脑各观察区有大量的ERα表达。与对照组比较,模型组大脑海马CA1区、大脑皮质区、杏仁复合体区、基底前脑Meynert核区ERα阳性细胞数显著减少(t=2.68~5.68,P<0.01)。结论 卵巢切除可致大鼠脑内多部位ERα表达减少,这种病理变化可能与轻度认知障碍的发生有关。
