线栓法建立兔局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型研究

     [摘要] 目的 探讨影响线栓法制作兔大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)再灌注模型成功率的因素及其解决方法。方法 成年健康新西兰兔103只,随机分为A组53和B组50只,每组再按体质量大小分3个亚组,A组应用同一标准头径的线栓,B组对应体质量不同而分别使用不同头径的线栓,比较A、B两组制作缺血再灌注模型的成功率。不成功的动物模型开颅取脑观察,并分析失败原因及其影响因素。结果 A组成功率(49.1%)明显低于B组(74.0%),差异有显著性(χ2=11.59,P<0.01);46只不成功缺血再灌注模型中,插线过深者26只,占56.5%;插线深度不足者20只,占43.5%。结论 针对动物不同的体质量而选择相应大小头径的线栓,可获得较高的缺血再灌注模型制作成功率;插线过深及深度不足为缺血再灌注模型制作失败的主要原因。

    [ABSTRACT]Objective To investigate what affected the success rate in making focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion by intraluminal thread technique in rabbits. MethodsNew Zealand white rabbits, 103, were randomly divided into two groups: A (53) and B (50). Both A and B were divided into subgroups by weight of rabbits. In A groups, a same diameter of thread tip was used; in B groups, different diameter of thread tip was used based of weight. The success rate of making the models was compared between groups A and B.
