【摘要】 目的 探讨红细胞平均体积(MCV)和红细胞宽度(RDW)测定对隐性缺铁(LID)与缺铁性贫血(IDA)诊断的意义。方法 用血细胞自动分析仪测定LID、IDA患者及健康对照者的Hb、MCV及RDW值；所有患者进行血清铁蛋白(SF)检测，并对42例IDA及4例LID患者做骨髓铁染色(BMIS)。结果 铁缺乏与MCV、SF、BMI(骨髓铁)呈正相关，与RDW呈负相关。结论 检测Hb、MCV、RDW和铁储备水平有助于LID和IDA的诊断，RDW值的升高能较有效地反映患者体内铁缺乏状况，是诊断LID与IDA的较敏感指标之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance of values of the mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and red cell distribution width (RDW) in the diagnosis of latent iron deficiency (LID) and iron deficiency anemia (IDA).Methods The values of Hb、MCV and RDW in patients with 25 cases LID,110cases IDA and 34 health controls were determined with a blood cell auto analyser.Serum ferritin (SF) were measured in all the patients,Bone marrow iron stain (BMIS) was exmined in 42 casea of IDA and 4 cases of LID.Results The level of iron deficiency was significantly correlated with MCV, iron stores and an inverse correlation with RDW.Conclusion Detecting the red cell parameters (MCV、RDW、Hb) and the level of iron stores is useful for diagnosis of LID and IDA.High RDW level may reflect iron deficiency status of the body and is a sensitive parameter to diagnose LID and IDA. ......
