【摘要】 目的 测定伊班膦酸钠片的含量。方法 比色法测定伊班膦酸钠片的含量，检测波长826nm。结果 伊班膦酸钠在0.5～5μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为Y=-0.02+0.00595X(γ=0.9999)。平均回收率为99.3%(n=6，RSD 0.48%)。结论 该方法简便、准确。

    【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of sodium ibandronate tablets.Methods A spectrophotometry method was used with the detection wavelength at 826nm. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range 0.5～5μg/ml，regression equation:[Y=-0.02+0.00595X(γ=0.9999)]. The average recovery was 99.3% (n=5，RSD 0.48%).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate.
