【摘要】 目的 探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇不同途径给药用于流产的效果。方法 观察328例药物流产孕妇流产效果及药物不良反应。结果 相同剂量的药物、相同的给药途径药流效果差异无显著性(P>0.05)，而不同的给药途径药流效果差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 米索前列醇阴道给药，流产效果优于口服给药且副作用小。【关键词】 米非司酮；米索前列醇；投药，口服；投药，阴道内
Mifepristone plus misoprostol for induced labor by different administering way

【Abstract】 Objective To explore abortive effects through different administration way using mifepristone and misoprostol.Methods The author observe abortive effects and sideeffects of 328 cases who underwent medical abortion.Results There was no difference between the same administration way of the same dosage(P>0.05).There were obvious differences between different administration methord(P<0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol administrated transvaginally is more effective with less sideeffects when compared to administrated orally. ......
