大批护生护理技能训练安排及影响因素分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨如何对大批护生进行护理技能训练。方法 介绍安排大批护生护理技能训练的方法，并对712名受训护生进行调查。结果 99.6%护生认为护理技能训练十分必要。30.2%护生对双休日安排训练持否定态度。69.5%以上的护生认为训练时间安排适当。相比之下口腔护理专业方向护生认为训练时间安排过少(P<0.05)。98.7%护生认为训练物品、空间安排合理。结论 大批护生护理技能训练有其特殊性，受护生对训练的主动性以及时间、空间、物品等因素影响。【关键词】 大批；护生；技能训练

【Abstract】 Objective Exploring how to make a large of nursing students train the skills.Methods Introducing the method of making arrangements for the skill training and investgating 712 students who have received the training.Results 99.6% students thought the skill training to be extremely essential.30.2% students held a negative attitude to the arrangement training on weekends.More than 69.5% students thought the training schedule is suitable.In contrast,the Oral care professional orientation students thought the training time was too small(P<0.05).98.7% students thought the training goods and the space arrangement was reasonable.Conclusion The skill training of a large number of students has its particularity and is affected by many factors such as the training initiative of the students,time,space and goods. ......
