血液储存时间温度对FⅧ:C活性的影响

     摘 要:目的:观察血液储存时间、温度对FⅧ:C活性的影响,为制备FⅧ:C活性符合质量标准的新鲜冰冻血浆及冷沉淀提供参考依据。方法:采用生物梅里埃公司生产的COAG-A-MATE MTX全自动血凝仪测定30份血液分别于不同温度,不同时间制备的FFP的FⅧ:C活性水平。结果:血液采集后不同储存温度,不同储存时间所制备的FFP中FⅧ:C活性水平有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:FFP中FⅧ:C活性水平与储存温度、时间相关,全血采集后4℃冰箱保存,于6h内分离、-50℃速冻而成的FFP其FⅧ:C活性水平符合新鲜冰冻血浆质量要求。

    Effects of Time and Temperature of Blood Storage on Activity of the FⅧ-C

    Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of storage time and temperature of blood on function of the FⅧ-C, to offer references on making fresh frozen plasma. Method: Detected 30 fresh frozen samples in different temperature and different time to observe the activity of the FⅧ-C by automatic COAG-A-MATE MTX. Result:The activity of the FⅧ-C in fresh frozen plasma was different in different time and different temperature after blood collecting (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The activity of the FⅧ-C is relative to the storage time and temperature of blood. It is normal if plasma was fast frozen in -50℃ in 6h after blood collection which was stored in 4℃. ......
