[摘要]目的 探讨胃液中肿瘤坏死因子.α(TNF.α)、糖类抗原19.9(CA19.9)和癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测对胃癌的诊断价值。 方法 采用放射免疫法测定42例胃癌和61例良性胃病患者胃液中TNF.α、CA19.9和CEA的含量。 结果 胃癌组胃液中TNF.α、CA19.9和CEA的测定值和灵敏度显著高于良性胃病组(P<0.001);胃癌组联合检测胃液中TNF.α、CA19.9和CEA其灵敏度和特异度均明显高于单项指标的灵敏度和特异度。 结论 胃液中TNF.α、CA19.9和CEA联合检测能有助于提高胃癌的诊断率。

    Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical values of combining testing gastric juice levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF.α)、carbohydrate antigen19.9(CA19.9)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in gastric cancer pa-tients.Methods The gastric juice levels of TNF.α、CA19.9and CEA in42cases of all stages of gastric cancer and61cases of benign gastric disorders were determined preoperatively by using immunoradiometric analysis(IRMA)method.Results The results showed that the gastric juice levels of TNF.α、CA19.9and CEA and their sensitivities were significantly higher(P<0.001)in the gastric cancer group than those in the benign gastric disorders group.The sensitivity and specificity of combining assaying gastric juice TNF.α、CA19.9and CEA levels were higher than those of the simple index in gustric cancer group.Conclusion Combining testing gastric juice levels of TNF.α、CA19.9and CEA can contribute to add the diagnosis capacity in the patients with gastric cancer. ......
