摘 要: 目的 观察采用洛赛克联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的临床疗效。 方法 168名患者随机分成两组，治疗组采用洛赛克和阿莫西林、克拉霉素联合治疗，对照组采用法莫替丁或雷尼替 丁和阿莫西林、克拉霉素联合治疗，60 d为一疗程。 结果 治疗组在止血、溃疡治疗的总有效率、治愈率及Hp 转阴率上明显优于对照组( P <0.01)。 结论 洛赛克和阿莫西林、克拉霉素的联合运用是治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的有效方法。
