【摘 要】 目的 观察复方丹参注射液对缺血再灌注鼠视网膜的影响。 方法 应用前房灌注液体升高眼压的方法建立大鼠RIR模型，并随机分为防护组和对照组，防护组大鼠损伤前30min静脉注射复方丹参0.05ml，对照组静脉注射生理盐水0.05ml，两组均缺血90min后，分别在恢复灌注30min、24h和72h后进行检测视网膜组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量，并进行视网膜透射电子显微镜和光学显微镜的组织学观察。 结果 再灌注30min、24h、72h后防护组与对照组相比，防护组视网膜中MDA含量均低于对照组(P<0.01)，病理损害明显减轻。 结论 复方丹参对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤有防护作用。
