【摘要】 收集23株灵芝栽培菌种为材料, 从DNA水平上探讨不同产地的灵芝菌种的差异。从247个随机引物中筛选出具有较高多态性扩增检测能力的引物9条,对23株灵芝菌种进行RAPD分析。以其中的两条随机引物S17和S1005进行扩增分析可以有效鉴别大部分灵芝栽培菌种,作为分子标记。

    【Abstract】 23 Ganoderma strains were analysed by RAPD with 247 primers. The experimental results showed 9 primers could amplify the genomic DNA of all 23 ganoderma strains with effective repetitions and 22 ganoderma strains could be effectively identified using S1005 and S17 asmolecular marker.
