【摘 要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜三孔法胆囊切除术的价值。 方法 对慢性结石性胆囊炎、慢性结石性胆囊炎急性发作、胆囊息肉行腹腔镜三孔法胆囊切除术380例的病人资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 手术成功率100%，平均手术时间32min，平均住院时间3.5d，无手术死亡率及其他并发症。 结论 腹腔镜三孔法胆囊切除术省时间，节省人力，由术者1人操作，其自身2只手操作更为协调。
