【摘要】 目的 探讨EDTA依赖性血小板假性减少与抗凝时间的相关性。方法 采用CELL-DYN1700血液分析仪分析EDTA-PTCP阳性患者静脉血经EDTA抗凝后不同时间的血小板数量。结果 EDTA抗凝血随时间的推移其血小板计数逐渐减少，抗凝1min时与手工法相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)，抗凝2min时与手工法相比差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论 EDTA-PTCP阳性患者静脉血经EDTA抗凝2min后，其血小板计数明显降低，给血小板计数带来较大误差，临床上应予以重视。【关键词】 EDTA依赖性血小板假性减少；血小板计数；抗凝时间
