【摘要】 目的 探讨HO-1在肺腺癌组织中的表达状况。方法 采用反转录-多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测27例单纯肺腺癌组及10例正常对照组织(距癌组织大约10cm)中HO-1 mRNA表达水平。结果 37例标本均进入半定量结果分析。肺癌组mRNA表达量(0.84±0.03)，正常对照组HO-1 mRNA表达量为(0.39±0.02)，两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 HO-1在肺腺癌中明显的高表达，为防治肺癌提供新思路。【关键词】 肺腺癌;血红素氧合酶-1;逆转录-多聚酶链式反应
HO-1 mRNA expression in pulmonary adenocarcinoma

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of HO-1 mRNA in pulmonary adenocarcinoma.Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect HO-1 mRNA expression in specimens from 27 pulmonary adenocarcinoma and 10 normal tissues around the pulmonary adenocarcinoma away about 10cm.Results All the 37 specimens were involved in the analysis of half quantity results. The relative contents of HO-1 mRNA was (0.84±0.03) and (0.39±0.02) in 27 pulmonary adenocarcinoma and 10 normal tissues around the cancer.Significant difference existed between the two groups.(P<0.05).Conclusion HO-1 mRNA expression content was significantly high. ......
