摘要：目的：了解我院非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)的产品结构和使用情况，并进行临床利用评价，为临床合理、有效、经济地选用NSAIDs提供科学依据。方法：采用金额排序和频度分析方法对我院2002~2004年NSAIDs的使用情况进行统计分析。结果：2002~2004年用药频度排序和销售金额排序前5位的药品基本类同，为克感敏、双氯芬酸、复方阿司匹林、索米痛、酮洛芬,传统的NSAIDs在临床应用广泛，个别新型NSAIDs所占市场份额越来越大。结论：我院NSAIDs的临床应用较为合理，价廉且疗效确切的药品在临床应用中占有优势。关键词：非甾体抗炎药；用药频度；用药金额；用药分析

Abstract: Objective: The structure and the application situation of Nonsteroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) in Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjinag Medical University during 2002~2004 were investigated and evaluated to provide references for rational, efficient and economical application of NSAIDs in clinical. Methods: Sales volume sequence and application frequency sequence of NSAIDs used in our hospital during 2002~2004 were analyzed statistically. Results: The drugs that dominated the front 5 places were almost the same as those that dominated the first 5 places on the list of sales volume for the 3 years. The traditional NSAIDs were widely used in the clinic, the markets share for a certain drug kept increasing. Conclusion: The clinical application of NSAIDs in our hospital was rational, those drugs that of low prices but of certain curative effect take a dominance in the clinical adoption. ......
