     Application of multidrug resistance of bladder tumor cell in the treatment of invasive bladder tumor

    Abstract:Objective To detect multidrug resistance in bladder tumor,thus to select sensitive drugs to treat invasive bladder tumor.Method In10cases of bladder tumors,P-gp,GST-p and TopoⅡwere detected by immunohistochemistry technique before intra-arterial chemotherapy.Results Before intra-arterial chemotherapy the expression rate of P-gp was30%,GST-p was10%,TopoⅡwas50%.Chemotherapy drug were THP,DDP and HCPT.After intra-arterial chemothera-py,the expression rate of P-gp was50%,GST-p was20%,TopoⅡwas40%,respectively.Conclusion Detection of P-gp,GST-p and TopoⅡplay a role in selection of drug in invasive bladder tumor.
