摘要：目的：研究乌鲁木齐地区汉族成人正常牙合Ricketts分析法头影测量值范围，并分析其颅颌硬组织形态特征。方法：选取乌鲁木齐地区81例汉族成年人恒牙期正常牙合拍摄头颅定位侧貌X光数字式图像，采用Ricketts分析法选取面轴角、面角、下颌平面角、颏角、下面高角、下颌弓角、Y轴角、A点突度、切牙倾斜度、切牙突距、颌面高度比等16项测量指标进行分析。结果：乌鲁木齐地区汉族人群颅颌前部较平直；前、后颅底较长；纵深较窄；牙弓突度相对后缩；面后份高度增大，面前份高度较短；颏突较小。男女性别间上颌突度、下颌支倾斜度、面高比及面型生长趋势存在差异。结论：乌鲁木齐地区汉族人群牙颌、颅颌硬组织形态具有本地区特征：直面型，鼻根点较为前挺，上颌突度缩小，额部较前突。女性颅颌纵向、横向深度均小于男性，女性具有突颌趋势，下颌倾斜度女性大于男性，下颌生长趋势女性为平均生长型, 中间面型，男性为水平生长型，短面型。关键词： Ricketts分析法； 头影测量； 汉族； 乌鲁木齐
A cephalometric study using Ricketts analysis on Han nationality with
normal occlusion in Urumqi region

Abstract: Objective: To study the cephalometric norms and analyze the skeletal morphology for the local Han nationality adults with normal occlusion who have resided in Urumqi region consecutively over two generation. Methods: Eightyone subjects evaluated in the study were chosen from the local universities including 46 females and 35 males. Cephalometric parameters were analyzed based on the application of Ricketts analyses arranged in four categories: skeletal angular and linear relationships, dental angular and linear relationships. Results: (1) In general, the contour of the local Han people′s facial configuration was straighter and narrower in lateral depth based on the relevant statistical data: a little bit backward in convexity of dentition; deficiency in chins protrudness; sufficient expansion in both anterior and posterior cranial width; shorter in anterior and longer in posterior height of skull respectively. (2) There were significant differences between male and female in terms of the convexity of upper jaw, the gradient of mandibular plane angle and the orientation of craniofacial growth at various levels of morphological integration. Conclusions: The local Han people have their own unique characteristics in the skeletal configuration: the vertical pattern with a little bit protruding in the nasion and the forehead appearance as well, relatively backward maxillary convexity. The study suggests the mesiofacial type and average growth pattern for the females, while, the brachyfacial type and horizontal growth pattern for males. ......
