     Study of estrogen receptors in the lung of male rats

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and distribution of the estrogen receptors(ER)in the lung of male rats.Methods The expressions of ER.αmRNA and ER.βmRNA in lung tissues was detected by reverse transcription-poly-merase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and ER.βprotein in lung was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results Aside from weak expression of ER.αmRNA,lung tissue showed moderate expression of ER.βmRNA.The positive ER.βimmunoreac-tivity was presented in columnar epithelium,intermediate cells,basal cells,smooth muscle cells of lung tissue and in pulmo-nary vascular smooth muscle cells,endothelial cells.Conclusion ER.βis distributed in lung tissue of male rats.

    [摘要]目的: 探讨大鼠孤束核(NTS)内组胺H3 受体对哮喘发作时大脑Fos蛋白表达的影响及其意义。 方法: 取健康雄性SD大鼠制备哮喘模型并诱发哮喘发作,采用中枢立体定位及微量注射技术,分3组分别在NTS内微量注射无菌生理盐水、H3 受体激动剂R.α.methylhistamine(RMHA)以及H3 受体拮抗剂thioperamide(Thio)加RMHA ......
