AbstractAIM:To study the roles of simple fetal hypoxia, or combined with high-fat diet and the second hypoxia, in adiposis hepatica of offspring rats.
METHODS: Rat intrauterine hypoxia models were established, and then their offspring were exposed to high-fat diet or/and second hypoxia. The histogram of hepatic ultrasound was measured by B-ultrasound examination. Pathological observation was performed by HE staining for calculating the number of fatty degenerative hepatic cells in the offspring rat with CMIAS system ......
