摘要：目的建立气相色谱法测定头孢卡品酯中正己烷、乙醚、丙酮、四氢呋喃、甲醇、二氯甲烷、乙醇、氯仿、甲苯、二甲基甲酰胺残留量的方法。方法以二甲基乙酰胺作为溶剂，采用ZB-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×1.0 μm)；检测器(FID)温度210℃；柱温：40℃(14.0 min)170℃(7.0 min)，程序升温速率：40℃/min；气化室温度：150℃；分流比10∶1，灵敏度10°，进样量1.0 μ l。结果测定的十个溶剂在定量限—150%范围内峰面积与进样浓度线性关系良好，线性回归相关系数均大于0.999 0。结论该法准确、快速，可作为该品种残留溶剂的控制方法。关键词：头孢卡品酯； 残留溶剂； 气相色谱法
