【摘 要】 目的 研究慢性前列腺炎致病菌的分布和耐药性。 方法 对429例慢性前列腺患者采用Meares-Stamey四段取样法作前列腺液细菌培养和药敏试验。 结果 429例前列腺液标本共分离出致病菌292株，分离率为68%，以革兰阳性菌为主，共248株(84.9%)。所分离致病菌除对万古霉素有很好的敏感性外对临床常用抗生素都呈不同程度耐药。 结论 对细菌性慢性前列腺炎的治疗其关键是需在正确的病原学诊断和药物敏感试验指导下合理使用抗生素。
