     摘要：余甘子是一种在食品和新药开发方面具有良好前景的植物，且无明显的毒副作用。就余甘子在降脂减肥和抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗微生物感染、抗炎、降糖、降压等方面的研究进展予以综述。

    Abstract：Phyllanthus emblica is a plant of great value in health foods and developing new medicines and no significantly toxic reactions were reported.Recent research development of its pharmacological effects were described in the paper, such as hypolipidemia antiatherosclerosis(AS), antioxidation,anticaducity,antitumor,antiinfection,antiinflammation ,hypoglycemia hypotension and so on.

    余甘子Phyllanthus Emblica L.是大戟科(Euphorbiaceae)叶下珠属(Phyllanthus)落叶灌木或小乔木，广泛分布于我国广西、广东、福建、贵州、云南等省，国外中南半岛亦有分布，是一种亚热带野生果树。全世界约有17个国家的传统药物体系中使用余甘子，在我国的中药、藏药、蒙药、傣药等均有应用，尤以藏药中较为习用。作为一味重要的传统民族药，已被载入多版《中国药典》[1] ......
