     摘要：目的建立山楂叶中高效液相色谱(HPLC)法的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC对槲皮素进行定量测定；采用YMCpack ODSA(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)，色谱柱，检测波长为370 nm。结果色谱条件为流动相甲醇0.2%磷酸溶液(50∶50)；柱温25℃；流速0.8 ml·min1，此法线性范围0.08～0.32 μg，r=0.999 2，方法的精密度RSD为1.04%(n=5)。平均回收率为96.75%，RSD=1.67%(n=5)。结论此方法操作简便、准确性好，可以作为山楂叶中槲皮素含量测定方法。

    Study on Determination of Quercetin in Hawthorn Leaf by HPLC Assay

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in hawthorn leaf.MethodsThe content of quercetin was detemined by HPLC.YMC ODSA(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column was used.The detection wavelegth was set at 370 nm.ResultsThe mobile phase consisted of methanol0.2%phosphatic acid(50∶50)with flow rate 0.8 ml·min1and column temperature at 25℃.The method was liner within the range of 0.08～0.32 μg(r=0.999 2).The method RSD was 1.04%(n=5).The average recovery of assay was 96.75% and RSD=1.67%(n=5).ConclusionThe method appeared to be simple,highly accurate.It can be used for the appeared determination of quercetin in hawthorn leaf. ......
