【摘 要】 目的 观察重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)缓解期患者大剂量甲氨蝶呤(HD-MTX)治疗所致白细胞减少的预防作用。 方法 12例ALL缓解期患者共接受HD-MTX化疗34周期，随机分成3组，A组(对照组)、B组(化疗后给予rhG-CSF2μg/kg皮下注射，d2～11 )和C组(化疗后给予rhG-CSF5μg/kg皮下注射，d 2～11 )。 结果 B组和C组3～4度白细胞减少的发生率较低，且两组白细胞减少程度均较A组轻(P<0.01)，但B组和C组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。 结论 小剂量rhG-CSF可以防治ALL缓解期患者HD-MTX治疗所致白细胞减少。
