祖卡木颗粒剂的除杂工艺研究

     摘要:目的优选出祖卡木颗粒剂的除杂工艺。方法以总黄酮、总蒽醌、甘草酸的保留率及固形物减少率为考察指标比较不同除杂工艺—超滤法、吸附澄清法、高速离心法、醇沉法及自然沉降法的效果。结果采用高速离心法进行除杂,有效成分保留最多。结论在对比的几种除杂方法中,采用高速离心法有效成分保留最多,而且操作简单,省时。

    Studies on the Purification Technology of Zukamu Granules

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo select the optimum purified technology of Zukamu granules.MethodsThe purification conditions were optimized by content determination of total flavones,total anthraquinone,glycyrrhizic acid and the yield of dried extract comparing ultrafiltration method with absorbingclarifying method,ultracentrifugation method and alcoholprecipitation method. ResultsAll figures treated by ultracentrifugation method were the highest among the purified technologies.ConclusionThe ultracentrifugation method is the best because of high contentpreserved,simple operation and saving time.
