摘要 :目的 提高肾移植中动脉血管变异的外科处理能力。 方法 根据具体情况，将供受者变异的血管进行修整、合并、重建等，使供肾安全、有效地移植给受者。 结果 46例供受者血管变异经处理后，肾功能正常。1年后随访无并发症。 结论 正确处理供受者变异血管，移植后可获得良好的效果。
