摘要 :目的 评价咪唑斯汀(皿治林)治疗皮炎、湿疹的疗效和安全性。 方法 120例皮炎、湿疹患者给予咪唑斯汀10mg·d -1 ，并外用派瑞松，2次.d，持续14天。 结果 痊愈72例(59%)，显效32例(27%)，好转8例(7%)，无效8例(7%)，总有效率93%，未发现严重不良反应。 结论 咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病是有效和安全的。

    The efficacy of mizolastine for dermatitis and eczema

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of mizolastine in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.Methods 120cases of dermatitis or eczema were treated with mizolastine10mg qd plus pevisone bid for14days.Results 72cases were cured;the overall effective rate was up to93%.No serious adverse events were noticed in the series.Conclu-sion Mizolastine is safe for patients with dermatitis and eczema.
