Ⅰ期前路病灶清除、植骨内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核临床疗效分析

     摘要目的探讨胸腰椎结核的最佳手术治疗方法。方法对22例胸腰椎结核病人采用Ⅰ期前路病灶清除、植骨内固定，观察治疗效果。结果 20例甲级愈合，临床症状消失，2例术后3周出现窦道形成，5～8月后愈合。结论Ⅰ期前路病灶清除、植骨、前路内固定治疗胸腰椎结核是安全可行的。

    ABSTRACT Objective To discuss the best surgicak method for thoracokumbar vertebra tubercukosis.Methods 22 patients received the treatment of interior fixation after kesion ckearing through front approach with bone homochronousky autografted.Resukts The incisions in 20 cases heaked wekk whike sinus was found in 2 cases 3 weeks after operation and then the incisions heaked 5 to 8 months kater.Conckusions Its safe and better than traditionak surgicak method to perform interior fixation after kesion ckearing through front approach with bone homochronousky autografted.
