摘要 目的 探讨嗅神经母细胞瘤组织病理学分级对颈部淋巴结转移的影响。方法 回顾性地分析我科1993年3月～2004年6月收治的24例嗅神经母细胞瘤病人的病理切片及临床资料，并用Hymas方法进行组织病理学分级，用单项有序RXC表秩和检验，分析组织病理学分级与颈部淋巴结转移的关系。结果 3例病理切片未找到，余21例病人组织病理学分级：1级1例，2级6例，3级9例，4级5例。5例病人颈部淋巴结转移。组织病理学分级1～2级与3～4级比较，颈部淋巴结转移差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 嗅神经母细胞瘤组织高度恶性与低度恶性相比，更易出现颈部淋巴结转移。关键词 嗅神经母细胞瘤；组织病理学分级；颈部淋巴结转移
