【摘要】 目的 探讨生殖道沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染与自然流产的关系。方法 对92例自然流产患者、45例正常妊娠人工流产者的宫颈黏液做沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(UU)检测，并进行相关分析。结果 自然流产组患者宫颈分泌物CT阳性率为26%，UU阳性率为67.4%。正常妊娠人工流产组患者宫颈分泌物CT阳性率为17.8%，UU阳性率为26.7%。自然流产组比正常妊娠人工流产组CT、UU阳性率明显增高，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 生殖道CT、UU感染与自然流产有密切关系，CT、UU的检测是确定原因不明的自然流产重要指标之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the relationship between CT & UU infection and spontaneous abortion.Methods The cervix mucus of 92 patients with spontaneous abortion and 45 patients with artificial abortion in normal gestation were detected for CT and UU, and corelative analysis was performed.Results CT positive rate of cervix mucus in spontaneous abortion group was 26%, UU positive rate was 67.4%.CT positive rate of cervix mucus in normal gestation was 17.8%, UU positive rate was 26.7%. The positive rates of CT and UU in spontaneous abortion group were higher than those in the normal gestation group(P<0.01).Conclusion CT and UU infection in genital are related to spontaneous abortion and an important index for diagnosing spontaneous abortion with unclear reason. ......
