Abstract:The content of trace elements in Siji you was determined by ICPAES.The results showed there are rich trace elements such as Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,which are necessary to human.It has provided the new scientific evidence for the further studies of medicinal efficiency and comprehensive utilization of source of Siji you.
