     Analysis of relationship between cattell16PF emotional personality characters and cognition performance in pilots

    【Abstract】 AIM: To study the relationship between the emotional personality characters and the cognition performance in pilots.METHODS: Five hundred and seventeen male pilots were evaluated with Cattells personality factors checklist and six cognition tasks were performed.RESULTS: ① About 213% pilots presented a Malfunction Emotional Personality.Significant difference was observed in some cognition tasks,such as Selective Reaction Time,Number Coupling and Numberletter Coupling,between Malfunction Emotional Personality Group and Health Emotional Personality Group (P<005).② About 812% pilots showed a Subemotional Personality.There was a significant difference in the task of Numberletter Coupling compared with Health Emotional Personality Group (P<005).CONCLUSION: The Malfunction Emotional Personality characters affect some complicated and rapid cognition performance in pilots. ......
