Application of Liquid Chromatography in Analysis of Pesticides

    Residues in Food and Chinese Medicine

    Abstract:A review with 31 references is given on the application of liquid chromatography in analysis of pesticide residues in food and Chinese medicine in the recent years，including the on_line and off_line pre_concentration procedures of the samples，liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometric detectors and other detectors，and the prospects of liquid chromatography.

    摘要：对化学法除磷的常用试剂铝盐、铁盐和石灰在除磷原理、效果和工艺条件方面进行了比较，并就其在处理后对受纳水体的影响进行了分析评价。

    城市生活污水中的磷来源于粪便、食物残汁和洗涤剂，其形态有正磷酸盐、聚磷酸盐和有机磷，其中以正磷酸盐和聚磷酸占绝大多数，磷可以在有机磷和无机磷、可溶性磷和不溶性磷之间相互转化，但价态不会发生改变[1]。
