玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎51例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察玻璃酸钠(SH)对膝骨性关节炎(OA)的疗效及不良反应。方法 对51例膝骨性关节炎患者常规进行膝关节穿刺，SH关节腔内注射,2ml/周，连续给药5周后评定疗效。采用t检验比较治疗前后膝关节疼痛、肿胀及功能障碍改善的差异性。结果 膝关节疼痛、肿胀及功能障碍治疗前后差异均有显著性。结论 透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有良好的疗效、无明显不良反应，是一种安全、有效的药物。【关键词】 玻璃酸钠；膝骨关节炎；关节腔注射

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects and side effects of injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment to knee osteoarthritis.Methods To evaluate the injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment to 51 cases knee osteoarthritis once a week.To observe the release improvement of knee joint pain and swelling and disability.Ttest was used as the statistics.Results There was significant difference of knee joint pain and swelling and disability improvement before and after introarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate group.Conclusion Injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of osteoarthritis has ideal clinical effects ......
