【摘要】 目的 探讨如何提高T0乳腺癌的诊治水平。方法 对22例T0乳腺癌临床资料进行回顾性分析，并结合文献复习就其诊治进行讨论。结果 大多数患者临床表现为乳头溢液及腋下肿块，治疗上以手术治疗为主，辅以化疗、放疗。结论 T0乳腺癌患者普遍预后较好，尽早明确诊断并行根治性手术联合术后化疗、放疗可提高患者的生存率。

    Diagnosis and treatment of T0 breast cancer:a report of 22 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate how to improve the diagnosis and treatment of T0 breast carcinoma.Methods Twenty-two T0 breast carcinoma cases were studied with retrospective analysis and the diagnosis and treatment of the carcinoma was discussed with reference review.Results Most patients with breast carcinoma have the clinical situation of nipple discharge and armpit lump and the therapy is chemotherapy and radiotherapy assist to resection.Conclusion The prognosis of breast carcinoma is optimistic and the survival rate can be elevated by earlier diagnosis and postoperation radiotherapy and chemotherapy assist to radical resection.
