摘要 :目的 研究瑞芬太尼在小儿扁桃体摘除术麻醉中的应用。 方法 选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级、年龄6～10岁、择期行扁桃体摘除术小儿60例，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用瑞芬太尼诱导和维持麻醉，对照组采用芬太尼诱导和异氟烷吸入维持麻醉，观察2组麻醉诱导及维持期血流动力学变化及停药至气管拔管、苏醒、清醒的时间，观察患儿拔管后上呼吸道梗阻或屏气、苏醒期躁动、术后恶心呕吐的发生率。 结果 瑞芬太尼麻醉术中循环波动小，苏醒及清醒快，恶心呕吐及苏醒期躁动的发生较对照组少。 结论 瑞芬太尼可安全有效地用于小儿扁桃体摘除术的麻醉，苏醒质量优良。
