【摘要】 目的 研究复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)患者微循环和血液流变学的变化，探讨毫米波对ROU病人微循环和血液流变学的影响。方法 用微循环显微镜及血液流变学检测仪，分别检测78例ROU病人接受毫米波照射前后的甲襞微循环和血液流变学指标。结果 ROU患者存在微循环和血流变的显著障碍，经毫米波照射后均有明显恢复。结论 毫米波具有改善ROU病人微循环和血液流变学的作用。

    Clinical studies of effect of millimeter wave on microcirculation and hemorheology in the patients with ROU

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of microcirculation and hemorheology of patients with ROU，and the effects of millimeter wave on them.Methods Pre-irradiational and post-irradiational index of nail fold microcirculation and hemorheology in 78 cases with patient of ROU were determined performed with microcirculational microscope and hemorheological instrument.Results Disturbance of microcirculation and hemorheology of patients with ROU have occurred.And they were marked improved after irradiation of millimeter wave.Conclusion Millimeter wave has marked role to improve microcirculation and hemorheology of the patients with ROU. ......
