[摘要] 目的 探讨超声检查对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析23例经病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声声像图表现。结果 浆细胞性乳腺炎声像图表现大体分两型：低回声实性包块型与囊性包块型，实性病灶边缘不规则，无包膜；囊性病灶壁厚，透声差。病灶多位于乳晕区及乳头深面，内部血流信号不丰富。结论 超声检查对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断价值较大，但需与乳癌、乳腺囊性增生等疾病鉴别。[关键词] 浆细胞性乳腺炎；超声检查；诊断显像

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis.MethodsTwentythree cases with plasma cell mastitis confirmed by pathology were studied retrospectively.Results The ultrasonic findings were divided into two types: hypoechoic texture type and cystic type. Most of the lesions were near the nipple, and the blood flow signals inside the lesions were not abundant.ConclusionUltrasound is helpful to the diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis, and it is needed to differentiate plasma cell mastitis from breast carcinoma and breast cystic hyperplasia. ......
