摘要: 目的 探讨严重创伤后早期下丘脑c-fos与CRH 1 受体(CRH 1 R)蛋白含量变化的关系。 方法 以大鼠右肺中部重度创伤加右股骨中段骨折为模型，采用免疫组织化学染色、Western印迹方法观察大鼠下丘脑组织内c-fos和CRH 1 R表达变化。 分组 对照组，撞击伤后15、30分钟、1、2、6、12小时撞击伤组、撞击伤治疗组，治疗组用CRH 1 R特异性阻滞剂CP-154526治疗。 结果 伤后下丘脑c-fos含量30分钟达高峰，以后迅速下降;CRH 1 R含量的变化明显迟于c-fos的变化，撞击伤后1小时CRH 1 R含量明显增加，主要分布于室旁核和视上核，在1～6小时时相点表达明显增加，12小时开始回落;用CP-154526治疗的大鼠，撞击伤后下丘脑c-fos和CRH 1 R含量的增加明显被抑制。 结论 严重创伤后下丘脑迅速增加的c-fos对CRH 1 R的上调可能起关键的作用，早期快速表达的c-fos蛋白起激活CRH 1 R表达的作用。

    Effect of severe traumatic injury on expression of c-fos and corticotropin-releasing hormone type1receptor in the hypothalamus of rat
