【摘要】 目的 建立护肝颗粒剂中主要成分的定性鉴别方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别该制剂中茵陈、青皮、枸杞子和女贞子。结果 各鉴别方法中样品阴性对照液无干扰。结论 该定性鉴别方法简便、准确、快速，可作为该颗粒剂的质控方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a serial of methods for identifying the main components in liver-protecting granule. Methods Capillary artemisia, green tangerine orange peel, wolferry fruit，and glossy privet fruit in the drug were individually identified via thin layer chromatography(TLC).Results Negative control solution of the samples did not disturb the identification methods. Conclusion The identification method is simple, rapid and sensitive for quality control of the preparation.
