【摘要】 目的 建立一种清开灵滴丸中猪去氧胆酸含量的测定方法。方法 通过高效液相色谱方法，以反相C18柱对样品进行分析，流动相为0.1%甲酸-甲醇-乙腈(25：60：15)，流速为1.0ml/min，Alltech ELSD 2000 检测器。结果 在2.5～15μg范围内，猪去氧胆酸线性关系良好，R2值为0.9995；平均回收率为99.54%，RSD值为0.65%，最低检测限为0.5μg。结论 本文所建立的高效液相色谱方法灵敏、简便、迅速，可用于清开灵滴丸中猪去氧胆酸含量的测定。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a quantification method of pig deoxycholic acid in Qingkailing Dropping Pills by HPLC.Methods The samples are analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography on a reversed-phase polymer C18 column and the mobile phase(0.1% formic acid-methanol-acetonitrile(25:60:15)) is pumped at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Sample detection was accomplished using an ELSD detector.Results The linearity relationship of pig deoxycholic acid was shown in the range of 2.5～15μg(R2=0.9995).The average recovery rate was 99.54% with RSD equal to 0.65%. The detection limit of the present method was 0.5μg.Conclusion The HPLC method described here is sensitive, simple and rapid and can be used to determine pig deoxycholic acid levels in Qingkailing Dropping Pills. ......
