【摘要】 目的 了解广州市天河区环卫工人的身体健康状况,为开展环卫工人健康教育，改善他们的工作条件提供依据。方法 对环卫工人进行体格检查,结果进行统计学分析。结果 环卫工人的高脂血症、肝功能异常、妇科疾病的发病率较高。户外街道清洁工人的血压异常、肝功能异常、泌尿系结石的发生率明显高于其他工种; 环卫女工妇科疾病的发生率尤为突出;宫颈糜烂发病占首位，其次为阴道炎和子宫肌瘤。结论 环卫工人的卫生保健知识不足,防病治病意识薄弱,进一步促进改善他们的工作条件，并对环卫工人进行健康教育非常必要。
