【摘要】 目的 观察联合应用盐酸小檗碱(Berberin hydrochloride，Ber)增加环孢素肾移植受者环孢素A(Cyclosprin A,CsA)血浓度水平的临床效果。方法 观察91例服用环孢素A肾移植受者联合服用盐酸黄连素后血环孢素浓度、用量等临床指标，应用统计学方法对观察资料进行对比分析。结果 合用盐酸黄连素患者环孢素A全血浓度与合用前比较增幅达58.3%，具有显著性提高(P<0.001)，服药剂量亦较联合用药前减少了4.7%，盐酸黄连素与CsA合用对肝、肾功能无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论 合用盐酸黄连素能明显升高肾移植受者环孢素A血浓度。在升高环孢素A血浓度的同时，盐酸黄连素并不增加环孢素A的毒性反应。盐酸黄连素与CsA合用可以减少CsA用量，节省用药费用，是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinic effect of united apply the berberin hydrochloride (Ber) to increase the elevation of blood concentration of cyclosporine A in renal transplanted recipients. Methods To observe the clinic targets including of the dosage and elevation of blood concentration of cyclosporine A in 91 cases with renal transplantation. Use the statistics technique to analyse the clinic datum. Results Blood concentration of cyclosporine A in 91 cases with renal transplantation combined with berberin hydrochloride went up to 58.3% compared with the cases before taking Ber, and the dosage decreased 4.7% more than that of before using this method. There were not observed significant effects on liver or renal function when combined with Ber and CsA.Conclusion Ber could markedly increase the elevation of blood concentration of cyclosporine A in renal transplanted recipients and did not increase the toxicity of CsA.Ber combined with CsA can be used as a safe and available method for saving money and dosage on CsA. ......
