摘要：目的 探讨带血供骨膜瓣包裹去抗原异体骨修复骨缺损的效果。方法 将兔的股骨经去抗原化后作为供体，制作带血供骨膜瓣包裹同种异体骨修复兔大段骨缺损模型，实验设置对照组，即未用血管化骨膜瓣包裹移植物。分别在术后第4周、8周和16周分别行X线摄片，并对移植物及周围软组织、骨组织进行组织学观察(HE染色)，对两组移植物骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)进行免疫组织化学染色。结果 X线表现为实验组骨痂形成的速度快于对照组，骨痂形成的质和量优于对照组，组织学观察显示实验组骨质更新速度以及新生血管速度均快于对照组，BMP免疫组织化学染色显示在相同时期实验组的表达明显强于对照组。结论 带血供骨膜瓣包裹异体骨修复骨缺损优于单纯异体骨移植，明显缩短骨缺损的修复时间。关键词：骨缺损；骨膜瓣；同种异体移植物；骨形态发生蛋白
An Experimental Research on Bone Defect Repaire with Bone Allograft Packed by Vascularized Periosteum Flap

ABSTRACT:Objective To study the effect of bone allograft packed by vascularized periosteum flap to repair bone defect.Methods The adult rabbit model of massive femoral defect was established and reconstructed with allograft from deantigenic rabbit femoral.In experimental group,the grafts were packed by vascularized periosteum flap,while in other models without using vascularized flap as the control group.Xray examination was taken for aech graft at 4,8 and 16 weeks postoperatively.Histological observation(HE stain)and immunohistochemical examination(BMP) were done on bone and is surroumding tissues.Results The Xray examination showed:the quality and quantity of the callus rformed in experimental group was super to that of control group,and hitological observation(HE stain)showed:the allograft in exprimental group were replaced more quickly than control gruop,and more new vessels were formed in experimental group at the same stage.The expression of BMP in experimental group were stronger than of control group at the same time.Conclusion The healing model of bone allograft packed by vascularised periosteum flap is a good way to repair bone defect.It can shorten the process of healing. ......
